Earlier this spring, my daughter participated in an art show for our homeschooling group. Artists were allowed to show two pieces of art they made. She decided to show art projects she had made from books she had recently read.

She made a diarama in a shoebox of a scene from the book The Box of Delights, but she also had some drawings she made from books she wanted to include in the art show. To get around the two-piece limit, she made the drawings into a book and displayed the diarama and the book as her two pieces. See the pages of her book below.
