We've adopted a batch of silkworms and all they eat (and eat and eat) is mulberry leaves.

If you listen very closely to the little critters eat, their chewing sounds like raindrops. Ping, ping, ping.

The girls in the family (including the two orange cats) love to watch the silkworms and think they are wonderful. The boys in the family predict the caterpillars and moths will make good fish bait.
