I keep a list of the books and activities the kids do. I do this to help me when I provide the required paperwork for the school district, and also because I like keeping lists of the schoolwork the kids complete.

I've always kept a paper list, and I've always had trouble finding it on my perpetually cluttered desk. So I made a form I can use on the computer. I'm quite proud of my drop-down menus and check boxes!! I'm having fun with the document and am now nudging the kids to finish a book so I can add it to the form. :)
