Today at the Zoo

Today's topic at the kids' class at the Central Park Zoo

was polar bears.

Olivia did an experiment about blubber with the instructor.

The kids prepared a snack for the polar bears. Some kids didn't like touching the fish, and then there was my son...brown shirt on the left, admiring the fish.


The kids assembled a stinky concoction of fish, fish blood, dog food, and carrots and put it in a box. After smearing the box with peanut butter, Frederick carried it to the polar bear exhibit.

The two polar bears at the Central Park Zoo loved their treats!

As much fun as it is to feed fish to polar bears,
it's even more fun to hang out with friends in the park.

At the train station, the day almost over.
